Join KLT Conservation Assistant Matt Silverman for a one-day introduction to woodworking in Litchfield. Starting with a short tour of the Small-Burnham Conservation area, participants will learn about tree identification and forestry basics as well as the common sources of wood available in Maine. Woodworking basics and skills will then be covered. The group will work on a small group project together. Please bring basic woodworking tools that you would like to share, or have questions about. Materials provided. Fee: $25. Bring a bag lunch. PREREGISTER
