Hales Pond Woodland Preserve, Fayette

KLT permanently conserved the 74-acre Hales Pond Woodland Preserve in 2022 thanks to a generous donation from Albert Ferguson and his wife, Effie, and John Moore’s companion Marilyn Donnelly.

Join KLT on August 17 to celebrate this conservation accomplishment and explore a new trail. There will be brief comments at 5:30 followed by refreshments and a hike on the property.

Directions: From Wayne, take Pond Road north to the four-way intersection with the Berry, Walton, and Richmond Mills Roads. Continue north onto Richmond Mills Road for approximately 1.3 miles; turn right onto Bamford Pond Rd.
