The Judy Kane Preserve Kennebec River Conservation Corridor parcel, 26 acres of woodlands on the east side of the Kennebec River, is KLT’s first conservation property in Augusta, and the only land to date that the Trust has conserved on the River. This generous gift could provide an initial link for an east side recreational corridor.
This property honors Judy Kane’s dedication to land conservation as well as her service to KLT as an Advisory Board member. Join us for the dedication of the Judy Kane Preserve Kennebec River Conservation Corridor with KLT directors and the Kane – Shagoury Family. Optional hike to follow.
Thank you Kevin Kane, Nolan Kane, Ailene Kane Ettinger
