Join us for our Annual Meeting outside at Camp Winnebago on Echo Lake to celebrate another successful year of promoting land conservation through the Kennebec River and Lakes Region!
The annual meeting will feature a bring-your-own picnic, walks on the Hewett Oak Hill Property, a raffle of a painting of our Wakefield Cabins featured on Maine Cabin Masters, our annual awards, and summer intern research presentations.
Schedule of Events:
10:30 - 11:30 AM Tour of Hewett Oak Hill Property
12:00 - 12:30 PM Bring-Your-Own Picnic Lunch*
12:30 - 1:30 PM Annual Meeting and Intern Presentations
*Drinks will be provided for the picnic lunch
Directions to Camp Winnebago: Travel west on Route 17 toward Kents Hill. You will pass Kents Hill School on your left. After the Fayette Country Store, Camp Winnebago is 1.5 miles further on the right. The entrance is on the right side of the road.
Directions to Hewett Oak Hill Property: From Camp Winnebago continue west on Route 17 for one mile to Fayette Corner Rd. Turn left on Fayette Corner Rd and then take an immediate left onto Norton Rd. Continue approximately half a mile to a field on your right.
