Come hike the 210-acre Macdonald Woods and Readfield Town Forest, which include over four miles of interconnected trails featuring a beautiful beech forest, several small bridge crossings over tributaries of Jones Brook, old farmhouse foundations, and the remnants of nineteenth-century livestock lanes. Meet at the Macdonald Woods trailhead on the Kents Hill Road in North Wayne. Please park at the top of the hill. All ages are welcome.
